A double-wall insulated mug has two layers of stainless steel with air or vacuum insulation between them. This design keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for hours. The outer wall stays cool to touch even with hot beverages inside, preventing burns and eliminating the need for a sleeve or coaster.

Stainless steel mugs are unbreakable, insulated (keeps drinks at temperature longer), and travel-friendly — perfect for commutes and outdoor use. Ceramic mugs offer a traditional feel and are great for home use but are fragile and don't insulate well. Choose stainless steel for durability and portability, ceramic for the classic coffee experience at home.

Wash stainless steel mugs with warm soapy water after each use. For stubborn stains or odors, use a paste of baking soda and water, let it sit for 15 minutes, then scrub gently. Avoid bleach or chlorine-based cleaners as they can damage stainless steel. If the mug is insulated (double-wall), do not put it in the dishwasher as it can compromise the insulation seal.
